We at Under the Mystical Moon want to make your shopping experience with us as easy and pleasant as possible. We provide you with several options for making purchases with us and accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and personal checks. (All personal checks will take about a week to clear before we ship any items). Orders are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours, although Custom orders and Handcrafted items may take longer. Rush orders should be made via phone to assure the item(s) are available and can be shipped on time. International Shipments must e-mail or call us first! Shipping is calculated for U.S. Shipments only. International shipping will vary in cost. If at any point during the order process you have a question or problem, please contacts us. (717) 808-5489. Pennsylvania orders will be subject to PA Sales tax of 6%.

Online Ordering:
For orders placed online, we offer Paypal, a Secure, well known and respected online shopping system. Paypal accepts most major credit cards as well as eChecks. If you are uncomfortable giving your credit card information online, you also have the option to phone or mail-in your order. Please make sure that your shipping address is confirmed with Paypal. Paypal confirms your address when it matches your credit card billing address. Uncofirmed Addresses will hold up the shipping times as we cannot guarantee that the items will be received at the correct location. If you have moved, again, please make sure that you confirm your address in PayPal before submitting an order.

Phone Orders:
Simply call us! (717) 808-5489. We would be happy to take your order and answer any questions you may have over the phone.

Mail Orders:
If you would like to mail in your order simply print out an order form (you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this). You have the option to print and mail the form along with your check or money order or submit the form via e-mail. Orders paid with personal checks will not be shipped until the check has been cleared.

Backorders:
In the event of a backorder, you will be notified as to when we expect to receive the product and when we will ship to you. For orders of more than one item, we will ship those items which are in stock and backorder the rest.

Credits, Discounts or Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are now available through Paypal. You can order Gift Certificates in incremental amounts of your choice. Click on the Gift Certificates Button on the Home Page to get started!

Shipping:
Items are normally shipped via UPS ground. If you order is needed by a certain date, Air shipping can be requested but will require additional charges. Rush orders must be made via phone. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you notification via email along with the tracking number. See the UPS Map for Approximate Ground Transit Times.

International Shipping:
Under The Mystical Moon is not responsible in any way for the Customs and Duties Fee imposed by your Government. It is the customer's responsiblity to determine and pay any such fee. Paypal has shipping setup for U.S. Shipments only. If you are ordering Internationally, please either send us an e-mail or give us a call first as higher shipping charges will be calculated.

Damages:
Under the Mystical Moon is not responsible for any lost or damaged items incurred during shipping. Products are shipped in new condition and are insured up to $100 through UPS. Claims for lost or damaged items must be placed with the carrier. If a loss or damage occurs during shipping, please retain all packaging and shipping materials. Contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need further assistance, feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to provide any assistance to resolve the issue.

Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However if the item is not what you thought it would be, returns are accepted. All requests for returns need to be phoned in within 15 days of receiving the shipment. All items to be returned need to be in New, Unused, Unaltered condition with original packaging. Orders may be returned for the full amount to be applied towards another purchase. Return requests for money back may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping is non refundable in both cases. Buyer is also responsible for packaging and shipping costs of returns. Special orders (i.e. Custom made chainmail or leather products) are non-returnable. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Requests for return authorizations can be placed via phone or email.
